AI Video Script Writer for YouTube, TikTok and Podcasts

AI Ghostwriter's video script writer drafts YouTube videos, Shorts, Reels and TikToks, podcast episodes and video ads, timed to the length you pick. It turns the running time into a word target (about 150 spoken words a minute in English, 130 in Turkish), keeps visual notes like [B-ROLL] apart from the spoken lines, and opens on the hook instead of a long intro.

Questions

How many words is a 1-minute video script?

About 150 words in English, which is the pace the writer uses to set its target. An 8-minute YouTube video works out to about 1,200 words; in Turkish the pace is 130 words a minute.

How do you write a script for Shorts, Reels or TikTok?

The first line has to stop the scroll; then the video sticks to one message at a fast pace and ends by looping back to the start or inviting comments. Pick 15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 seconds and the script is written to that length.

How are visual notes shown in the script?

On their own lines in square brackets, such as [VISUAL: ...], [B-ROLL: ...] and [ON-SCREEN TEXT: ...], so they never mix with what you say. They're left out of the word count.

Can it write a podcast episode?

Yes. The Podcast episode format gives you a cold open, an intro, segments with Host and Guest lines and a close. Check the guest's lines against what they actually think before you record.

Does it write YouTube titles and descriptions?

With Title & tags on (the default for YouTube), the script ends with 3 title ideas of up to 60 characters, a 2-3 paragraph description and 10 tags.

Will the video open with a long intro?

No. The hook is the first sentence, and in a YouTube script the first 15 seconds carry the promise of the video. Leave Hook on Auto or pick Question, Surprising fact, Start with the result or Story.
