Terms of Service
Last updated October 4, 2026
In short
- You must be at least 18 to use the Service, and you're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You own your inputs and, as far as the law allows, your outputs. We don't use your content to train AI models.
- AI outputs can be wrong. Review everything before you publish or rely on it.
- Apart from a few free trial drafts on the homepage, writing with the Service needs a paid plan, and each run uses credits.
- Plans renew automatically at their full price until you cancel, including after a discounted first month. You can cancel anytime on the Billing page.
- Turkish law governs these Terms, but you keep the consumer protections that the law of your home country gives you.
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company legal name] ("we", "us"), the company that runs AI Ghostwriter: the website at https://hidengpt.com and the app (together, the "Service").
- Registered office: [Street address, district/city, country]
- Trade registry number: [Trade registry no.]
- MERSIS number: [MERSİS no.]
- Tax office and number: [Tax office] / [Tax ID]
- Email: support@example.com
- Phone: [Phone]
You accept these Terms when you create an account or use the Service, including the trial without an account. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
Our Acceptable Use Policy and, for paid plans, our Refund & Cancellation Policy are part of these Terms. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we handle personal data.
Language. We publish these Terms in English and Turkish. If you live in Türkiye, or use the Service for a business established there, the Turkish version (Kullanım Koşulları) applies to you, together with the Turkish documents for paid plans. Otherwise, this English version applies.
2. Who can use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old, including to use the trial, and able to enter into a binding contract.
- If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you confirm that you're authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf, and "you" includes that organization.
- You can't use the Service if the law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Your account
- You can sign up with your email address and a password, or with your Google account. Keep your account details accurate and up to date.
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for what happens in your account. If you think someone else has accessed it, tell us right away at support@example.com.
- Accounts are personal. Don't share, transfer or sell your account.
- Don't create more than one account to get around the trial limit or a suspension.
4. The Service
AI Ghostwriter helps you write with AI: LinkedIn, X and Instagram posts, blog articles, emails, product descriptions, ad copy, video scripts, book chapters, fiction, memoirs, speeches, CVs and cover letters, song lyrics, poems and more.
- Voices (style profiles) help drafts sound like you, based on samples of your own writing.
- The red pen is an editorial quality step that makes drafts read more naturally. It is not designed to evade AI detectors, and we make no promises about what any detector will say.
- The trial lets you try the writer from the homepage without an account, for a limited number of generations per day. It's only for people aged 18 or over, and by using it you accept these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. We may change, limit or pause the trial at any time.
- The app is where you write with your history and voices. It requires a paid plan (see section 8).
The AI models behind the Service are provided by third parties. To keep the Service good, affordable and available, we may change which models we use.
5. Acceptable use
Use the Service lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, it prohibits using the Service to:
- write fake reviews, testimonials or endorsements;
- impersonate real people or organizations;
- create disinformation, hate speech, harassment, spam or scams;
- infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy;
- get around our security measures or usage limits.
If you break these rules, we may limit, suspend or close your account (see section 11).
6. Your content
Your inputs. You keep all rights in what you put into the Service, including the samples you use to build a voice ("inputs"). You confirm that you have the rights you need to use them this way.
To run the Service, you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, process, transmit and display your inputs and outputs, only to provide and secure the Service and to comply with the law. This permission lasts while your account is open and for any period we must keep data by law. We don't use your content to train AI models.
Outputs. As between you and us, and to the extent the law allows, you own the text the Service generates for you ("outputs"), and we don't claim any rights in it. Keep in mind:
- In some countries, including Türkiye, text produced only by AI may not be protected by copyright.
- Other people may get similar outputs from similar inputs, so outputs may not be unique.
- We can't guarantee that outputs don't infringe anyone else's rights. Check anything you plan to publish or use commercially.
Our rights. We or our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, brand, the text on our site, and the prompts, instructions and methods we use. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service under these Terms, for your personal or business purposes. We don't give you any other rights.
Feedback. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.
7. AI outputs: check before you use them
AI models predict text based on patterns. That means outputs can be:
- wrong, incomplete, out of date or misleading, including made-up facts, sources or quotes;
- biased or inappropriate, even when nobody intended it.
Outputs aren't legal, medical, financial, psychological or other professional advice.
You're responsible for reviewing outputs before you use or publish them, and for making sure they're accurate, appropriate and lawful. You're also responsible for following the rules of the places where you publish, including rules on labeling ads and disclosing AI use. Don't use outputs in exams, classes, competitions or anywhere else in a way that breaks rules banning AI or requiring you to disclose it.
8. Plans, credits and payment
A paid plan is required. Apart from the trial (see section 4), writing with the Service requires a paid plan. Without a plan, your account stays open, but you can't write in the app.
Paid plans. We offer two plans, Pro and Pro Max, billed monthly or yearly.
- What each plan includes (such as its monthly credits and number of saved voices) and its current price are shown on the pricing page and at checkout. The price shown at checkout, including any applicable taxes, is the price you pay.
- Introductory price. If you're a new subscriber, you may pay a lower introductory price for the first month of a monthly plan. The introductory price and the full monthly price are both shown on the pricing page. After the first month, your plan renews automatically at its full monthly price, every month, until you cancel.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own terms may also apply to your payment.
- If a renewal payment fails, we'll let you know by email. If it isn't sorted out within a reasonable time, your plan ends (see section 9 for what happens then).
- If we raise prices or reduce what a paid plan includes, we'll email you at least 30 days in advance. The change applies from your first renewal after the notice, and you can cancel before then.
Credits. Writing in the app, including drafts, revisions and building a voice, uses credits.
- Each run uses credits based on the actual cost of the AI model work behind it (1 credit is about USD 0.01 of model cost). If you stop a run midway, it still uses credits for the model work already done.
- Each plan includes a batch of credits every month, also on yearly plans. Monthly credits don't carry over: unused ones expire when the next batch arrives.
- Subscribers can buy one-time top-up credit packs, shown on the Billing page. Top-up credits don't expire, but you can only use them while you have an active plan.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred, sold or exchanged for money. Used credits aren't refundable. This doesn't affect any right of withdrawal or other rights the law gives you (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy).
9. Renewal and cancellation
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (every month or every year, depending on the billing you chose) until you cancel, and we charge your saved payment method the plan's full price for the new period. If you paid an introductory price for your first month, renewals after that month are charged at the full monthly price.
- You can cancel anytime on the Billing page, which opens Stripe's customer portal, with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you keep your plan and its credits until then, and you won't be charged again.
- When your plan ends, your account stays open without a plan, and you can't write in the app until you subscribe again. Your history, voices and unused top-up credits stay in your account until you delete them.
- We don't refund unused time in a billing period, except as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy or where the law requires.
- If you're a consumer in the EU or the UK, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- If you live in Türkiye, the Turkish pre-information form, distance sales contract and cancellation and refund policy apply.
10. Changes to the Service
We keep improving the Service, so we may add, change or remove features. If a change materially reduces what you get from a paid plan, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel and use any rights the law gives you.
We work to keep the Service available, but there may be interruptions for maintenance, updates, problems at our hosting or AI providers, or events beyond our control. We'll announce planned maintenance in advance when we can.
If we decide to shut down the Service, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and time to export your data, and we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period.
11. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleting your account also ends any paid plan, and you won't be charged again. Download your data first: deleted accounts, and any credits left in them, can't be restored.
We may suspend or restrict your access, or close your account, if you break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, if you put the Service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to explain or fix the problem. We may act without notice for serious or repeated violations, urgent security risks or legal requirements. To appeal a decision, email support@example.com.
If we close your account for a reason that isn't your fault, we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period. If we close it because you broke these Terms, we won't refund the rest of the period, unless the law requires us to.
12. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties for hosting, AI models, email, Google sign-in and payments. Their own terms may apply when you use them directly, for example when you sign in with Google or pay through Stripe. An outage at one of them may affect the Service; we'll do what we reasonably can to limit the impact.
13. Disclaimers
We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise that:
- outputs will be accurate, complete, original or fit for a particular purpose, or that they won't infringe anyone's rights;
- the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if a digital service isn't as described or doesn't work as it should.
14. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intent or gross negligence (see Article 115 of the Turkish Code of Obligations No. 6098), or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law, including your mandatory rights as a consumer.
If you're a consumer, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable, or for loss caused by publishing or relying on outputs without reviewing them, unless we're at fault.
If you use the Service for business, to the extent the law allows:
- we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data; and
- our total liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
15. Indemnity
You're responsible, in proportion to your fault, for losses we suffer because of third-party claims that arise from your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or from your unlawful use of outputs.
If you use the Service for business, you'll also defend us against such claims and cover the reasonable damages, costs and legal fees they cause us. If you're a consumer, this section applies only as far as the law of your country allows.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@example.com or through the contact form. Most issues can be solved quickly that way.
Subject to the consumer rights below, the courts and enforcement offices at the place of our registered office have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
- Consumers in Türkiye can apply to Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts, as described in the Turkish version of these Terms.
- Consumers in the EU or the UK keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where they live, and can bring a claim in the courts where they live.
- Consumers anywhere else keep any rights that the mandatory laws of their country give them.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Service or the law changes. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 15 days before it takes effect. Changes required by law or by urgent security needs may take effect sooner.
If you don't agree with a change, you can cancel your plan or delete your account before it takes effect. A change that puts you at a disadvantage won't apply to a billing period that started before the change took effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, the updated Terms apply to you.

18. General
- Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.

- No waiver: If we don't enforce a right, we haven't given it up.

- Events beyond our control: We're not responsible for failing to meet our obligations because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, epidemics, widespread infrastructure or internet outages, or government action. We'll keep you informed and do what we reasonably can to limit the impact.
- Notices: We'll send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the app, so keep your email address up to date. You can reach us at support@example.com.
